      Slight pressure but not that bad to be honest. Its good pay not really any cons cause of that.

      DLB Associates is a top engineering firm for data centers, around since 1980. You’ll work on big projects like Google’s data centers, and now with Accenture’s backing since 2025, it’s more stable with better global growth chances. Great if you like cutting-edge tech work.

      Cons

      DLB Associates is super niche - they mostly focus on data centers and mission critical projects, so if you want variety in industries it can feel limited. The work is high-pressure too since downtime costs clients millions, so deadlines are tight. And since Accenture just acquired them in 2025, there might be some changes in culture, processes, and management as the two companies merge.

      Industry leader in mission critical engineering. Access to plenty of technological resources. Outstanding health and 401k benefits. Knowledgeable and capable senior staff. Ample opportunities for professional development. Overtime pay.

      Cons

      Long hours are the norm, not the exception. Company culture can be demanding to adapt to.
