DLB has a really supportive team environment. People work well together and help each other out on projects. There's a strong focus on innovation and staying ahead with technology, which keeps things interesting. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about helping employees grow. I also really like the monthly meetings where they give out “WOW” awards—it’s a nice way to recognize people’s efforts. The benefits are great, especially the HRA, and one of the best perks is getting paid time off between Christmas and New Year’s.

It is more of a personal con - working from home makes it difficult for me to turn off at the end of the day
