      DLB is a 100% remote company that encourages learning both in your role and in areas of your interest that may be outside your role. Team is supportive and wants to drive employees to learn and not be stagnate.

      Pros

      Remote work environment. Clear mission statement and core values. Growing company. Great managers and MP that are very open.

      Cons

      There is a high level of expectation to perform. Not often, but there are times when extended hours are needed.
