      Pros

      DLB is not your traditional MEP engineering firm. The company has a strong culture that is highly focused on communication and strongly believes in understanding their clients in order to deliver optimal results. The level of talent at the company is second to none and the staff has what I would consider a heightened level of self-awareness that lends itself to avoiding "engineer-think." It's a company that is ever-evolving and focused on innovating as quickly as it's primary client base in the data center industry.

      Cons

      DLB does not have traditional roles. You create your own destiny and are rewarded with increased responsibility and projects. If you're looking for a new job title though to take you through the traditional company hierarchy, this probably isn't the place for you.
