      Pros

      pay & benefits were ok. they paid for bench time between projects.

      Cons

      they expected 45 hour work weeks but the pay for the additional hours was taxed as a bonus so your effective pay rate for the additional hours was lower. a disincentive for sure.

      Pros

      - Great work life balance. All projects were close to 40 hour weeks, and every hour over 40 is compensated for on top of your base - Very supportive team - Truly care about your development as a professional

      Cons

      - Completely flat company. No promotions, everyone is the same level - Raises are relatively small, and due to the above point, there are no big bumps to look forward to
