Pros

DMC has treated me well. Lots of changes in the org structure however everyone has been transparent and supportive of those of us on site. Mining Industry is in a bit of a down cycle right now but the team is doing its best to retain talent. My management has treated me very fairly, no complaints.

Cons

Work-Life Balance is askew in projects, however that is expected in this line of work.

Pros

exciting people to work with. the company is flexible with workers. also its easy to get to different positions with in the company.

Cons

a lot of over time, and monetary over time. also the company is not growing, so there is no point of staying with my degree.

could design many aspects of electrical engineering, such as power, control, and communication, etc. could visit site to do survey and co-operate with site engineer

Cons

for an electrical engineer, need to get more site visits to commission the electrical system designed; for the company, need to explore projects in more areas.
