Cons

Worst VP ever. Too much ego. Thinks he knows everything, but he doesn't. He makes the whole workplace very toxic.

Commission checks were great. The commission team is clear and quick to respond.

Cons

Management is horrible. Always changing rules and dragging their feet. They want us to make quick moves but it takes days to get a yes/no answer.
