Japan made machines are rock solid Health insurance is so so

Cons

Executives will cut your pay rather than sacrifice their own lavish lifestyles German made machines are problematic and factory provides no support Management team in USA is an absolute joke of fired and rehired rejects Micromanagement through the roof Dr. Mori is completely sheltered from the truth that his company is crumbling from the cancerous culture eating away from the inside

Pros

Benefits is probably the only thing that is good here

Cons

A place that makes you feel like you're trapped and never appreciated. Horrible atmosphere, seems like you're in high school. The CEO of the company was extremely unprofessional and had an affair with one the administrators and they walked around the hallways flirting. The management is horrible, they don't have a structure and keep changing. The worst place to work for, I put my heart into this job only to realize nothing at the end was worth it.
