USA changes directions too much. Too much change in structure and leadership. HR is a joke, gives people 24 hrs to decide if they want to move or be terminated.

Get to visit lot of places and meet customers of different industries. Good for understanding CNC machines, instructors and trainers are well experienced

Cons

scheduling can be a lil hectic but that's a case with all other companies
