      Great products and technology. Good benefits and nice colleagues

      The US organization is basically led by HR which for this type of industry doesn't make any sense. In fact they keep changing the organization every month without having a clear strategy for the future. Too many ''politician'' inside the company

      Worst company I have ever worked for. It's like being in high school, unless you are the cool kid or kiss butt you'll never get anywhere. If you have a different opinion then theirs or questions anything, you are an outcast. The HR department has no background in employment law and should be seriously looked out for how they handle ER cases. Do not recommend this company

      Co-workers are great and good health benefits

      The US executives are a joke. HR is worse. They will make changes to policies without notice (pto and bonuses) told employees last summer we were moving to the Southside of Chicago and nothing else has been mentioned. The accounting system was down for 5 months and upper management didn’t care because most of them have no clue how to use it. My review is for people looking to work at DMG MORI, not the executives or HR because they could care less about what employees say. Unless you are desperate for a job stay away.
