Reasonable pay and decent benefits

Cons

Different factions of management pointing fingers at each other or at developers when things go off track. Micromanagement is the order of the day and projects fail because managers are more interested in covering their behinds than getting things done. In the roughly one year time I was there I saw half the people I started with leave.

The people are awesome, the compensation is competitive, and the work is fulfilling.

Cons

As the company continues to focus on growth it would be great to see a stronger benefits package such as increased 401k matching, self-managed PTO throughout, and higher retention bonuses for strong talent.
