Pros

This company treats their employees really well. Felt like a valuable asset there. Great opportunities for career advancement. Employee compensation and benefits are as competitive as other consulting companies in the market. Senior management is extremely friendly, understanding and down to earth. Also, the people there are very respectful to each other.

Cons

There may be times when you are expected to work long hours to meet deadlines, but that's usually how it is with most companies.

Pros

Competitive beginning salary. New Headquarters provides free soft drinks.

Cons

No annual reviews. No employee goals or objectives. Inexperienced Managers. Unsure of what you will be working on week to week. Worked here for 1.5 years and never saw an organization chart. Long hours with no rewards, - weekend work is expected on a regular basis. No job security, - high turnover. CEO only interested in making the company appear to be a fun place to work - very misleading and a misconception. Despite claims of high growth, most projects hinge on government funding. Proposal shop shoots at anything that is up for bid. Very little corporate communication. One of the worst places to work in over 30 years of experience. Stay away - this is not a fun place to work.
