We appreciate you sharing your experience on here. I will say, along with the rest of the globe we have a majority of our teams working from home at the moment. Needless to say some of the work we do requires us to be in the office but we are doing everything we can during this pandemic to support those individuals. We have also built a stronger support system for working from home, so I think you would be pleased with those changes. Wishing you and yours good health during this time.

Pros

Good team of people that are highly knowledgeable about what they do. Lots of opportunities for certain people.

Cons

Company is getting bigger and there is more and more disconnect between upper management and the people with their feet on the ground. Some people get stuck in roles or projects because they don’t have the same visibility as others.

I have worked for different Tech. Establishments, (DMI) stands out to be the most Progressive and A+ Tech. Company . Honesty and Integrity are the prime foundation strength of a Successful Company. The Talent Acquisition Director Casey Gutmann, is the guy that gets the job done. Their Clients and Employees come first. A fantastic place to work for. Good compensation.
