Thank you for your feedback. Your advice to us is great and will be taken in consideration. Communication is key for companies and DMI understands that we need to improve upon this. We are having active conversations about how to improve upon this and ensure we reach all of our team members across the globe. I also think that in 2019 we have changed our approach in many ways and are taking a more strategic approach across the board. I truly believe in 2020 you will see and hear more about this strategy through efforts such as our Newsletters (a revamped approach), All Hands Meetings, on-site locations by HR and leadership and through MyDMI our company Intranet that has a new fresh look and content. Please follow up with us on our progress by emailing hr@dminc.com.

Decent Pay, Other Experiences Will Vary

Pros

The pay is more or less inline with most of the Indianapolis area. You can potentially work on some really interesting projects.

Cons

Your experience will vary widely based on client. If you are at a client near the offices in Carmel they it will likely be a good experience. If you're at a client not near the offices then it's very variable. A client that doesn't require you to be on-site daily can be beneficial. If you do have to be on site daily you may feel very isolated and left behind by leadership. Additionally there is still a great number of process issues still two years after DMI acquired Allegient and it makes for an unpleasant experience. Recruiting continues to be a continuous issue. I've referred two friends and they both got "ghosted" by the recruiter. That doesn't bode well.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Direct managers are very helpful.

Cons

Can be difficult to take all paid time off due to customer needs. Bad policy that all accrued paid time off is lost when leaving company, even if laid off.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Paid Time Off is difficult to navigate around for companies. Choosing the best plan that fits the needs of your employee base. This year we put in to place a group of representatives to review our policies and make enhancements that are currently under review and to be implemented. We will continue to review these policies and find ways to improve. I will be sure to provide your feedback as we proceed. I am happy to hear your overall experience is a positive one and hope we can continue to make you happy during your time with us!
