      We appreciate you sharing your experience on here. I will say, along with the rest of the globe we have a majority of our teams working from home at the moment. Needless to say some of the work we do requires us to be in the office but we are doing everything we can during this pandemic to support those individuals. We have also built a stronger support system for working from home, so I think you would be pleased with those changes. Wishing you and yours good health during this time.

      Small company. You know everyone, and can get things done

      Cons

      Company never knew how to actually win business outside of low bidding a deal. That works great if you just want to win and sell the company, but it's a failure of a strategy once you flip to a large company and actually have to execute a contract

      Pros

      Benefits company offer are good. Health insurance, discounts for travel/purchase/sporting.

      Cons

      HR team is incompetent dept. and they a tip line but that just pointless. The upper management cares more about money then the employees. They hire incompetent folks and have the under workers carry the weight and pressure more. Pay isn’t always fair and the idea of at will company concept isn’t the best.
