      Pros

      Good team of people that are highly knowledgeable about what they do. Lots of opportunities for certain people.

      Cons

      Company is getting bigger and there is more and more disconnect between upper management and the people with their feet on the ground. Some people get stuck in roles or projects because they don’t have the same visibility as others.

      Got rid of a whole team

      Pros

      The team I worked on was irreplaceable, every employee was great to be around, the IT department really was the shining star in this company.

      Cons

      We have gotten word that in a month, all of us will be fired. They are outsourcing to India and had the NERVE to ask us to stay and train our replacements? I got questioned for looking for other jobs! Ridiculous. The only reason anyone stuck around so long was because of loyalty to our department. Glad to hear they're keeping a few of the good employees the company has.
