Thank you for your feedback. Your advice to us is great and will be taken in consideration. Communication is key for companies and DMI understands that we need to improve upon this. We are having active conversations about how to improve upon this and ensure we reach all of our team members across the globe. I also think that in 2019 we have changed our approach in many ways and are taking a more strategic approach across the board. I truly believe in 2020 you will see and hear more about this strategy through efforts such as our Newsletters (a revamped approach), All Hands Meetings, on-site locations by HR and leadership and through MyDMI our company Intranet that has a new fresh look and content.
