Business Outlook

Pros

1. Salary on time 2. Flexible timing

Cons

1. Bad and immature management. 2. Software development process is worst here. 3. Lot of politics played here. PM is the main culprit here. 4. There are no projects to work on. 5. There is no any growth for technology and career perspective. 6. There is no any learning curve. 7. Employees are treated like slaves/machines and should work at-least 12 hrs a day and also on weekends on regular basis. 8. They have HIRE and FIRE policy which in turn ruins the employee's life personally and professionally. 9. Inhuman company 10. HR department is the most illiterate and is one kind of joke. 11. Lot of micro management done by the pm

Pros

Good infrastructure and exposure to new technology

Cons

Senior management at India office is unethical, people are leaving the Organization due to unethical work environment. Pays are shallow and hikes are low. This is not the place for talented people. There is mass exodus of talented people. Hire and fire policy, HR is unethical, employee benefits are zero, hardly any good projects are there. If you join then be prepared to get exploited else merge in to avoid exploitation. People who stand up are shown the door. Transparency is zero and senior management is low on ethics. Management try to hide the facts and post fake reviews here to increase the overall rating of the company instead of improving the work culture and conditions for the employees at the ground level.

Pros

DMI's travel policies for overseas employee's was fair.

Cons

DMI is not the ethical company it pretends to be. Management is more concerned with keeping the customer happy, regardless of legalities and ethics. Employee's are expected to participate in unethical and illegal behavior, and are not protected by whistleblower's policies. The company does not enforce policies as stated in the employee handbook when it comes to behavior of managers. Although DMI provides plenty of opportunity for employee's to voice concerns, upper level management simply does not listen to the employee's.
