Pros

New HQ, complete with employee lounge, Xbox, tv, soda, and snacks. CEO is friendly and fun loving. He truly cares about the employees.

Cons

The leadership team is extremely unethical, making promises without intending to keep them. Executives backstab each other in order to keep themselves off the hot seat with the COO, who essentially runs the company. ZERO growth opportunity, each employee lives and dies by the contract they are currently on. Employees and consultants are treated like cattle, useful until they are burnt out and then frequently dismissed. Employees are rewarded based on favoritism, not merit Culture of screaming obscenities encouraged by the executive team

Pros

You get to wear joker suits on haloween and thanks giving. You are actually treated as jokers and zombies on all the other days

Cons

Hire and Fire. The junior management guys (pretending to be india heads) operating out of Noida Office are mere puppets.

Pros

There are no such pros that can be described in 20 words.

Cons

Hire and fire policy. No work ethics. There is no defined work process. No challenging assignments. HR & Senior Management needs to be trained on how to run a company. These people wouldn't think of the person and his commitments just their own gain. Macro-management at very worst level. HR has no ethics. Roles not defined properly. The list goes on and on..Don't join this company if you are looking for the good career growth. If you don't have a job in hand at all then only you can join.
