      Pros

      Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company.

      Cons

      Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. Not much of power given to Dev and Quality team, they play with unethical work attitude. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. So unless u r robot stay away.

      Pros

      I can't really say anything positive about DMI. I would avoid this company unless you are extremely desperate for a job.

      Cons

      Company will consistently low ball you on salary. Even trying to play the counter offer game they will try to low ball you compared to your counter offer. Management has an attitude that they don't have to compete on compensation for talent. There seems to be a mentality of you should be glad we're giving you a job.
