-Upper management doesn't seem to have any knowledge on SDLC. They cannot coordinate realistic timelines and space out demos amongst all levels of management so there are 8 separate demos instead of maybe 3. -Slowwww growth potential. Doesn't matter how much you know only how long you've been in that position for them. Best bet to receive a promotion is to leave and then try to come back.

# Lot of firing is happening. # Loosing all valuable people who have given their lives to company. # In expedition to grow 3 * 3,you cant loose your core principals and values. It is people who makes organization good or bad. So value them. # Senior leader managers are so obsessed of showcasing the stuff that they don't care whether they are taking some ones credit or not. # One would do good if you listen to your senior people and don't ask any questions or give any suggestions and work for them and not for company. # You have to sacrifice with your personal life, family time and health in order to fulfill your managers unrealistic timelines to achieve.
