They pay you on time (YES, that is the only pro i can think of)

Cons

As i mentioned before, this is a body shop. Once you are done then you are out Run by Desi father and son (enough said) No growth. Just work collect salary and leave some day total waste of time

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Direct managers are very helpful.

Cons

Can be difficult to take all paid time off due to customer needs. Bad policy that all accrued paid time off is lost when leaving company, even if laid off.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Paid Time Off is difficult to navigate around for companies. Choosing the best plan that fits the needs of your employee base. This year we put in to place a group of representatives to review our policies and make enhancements that are currently under review and to be implemented. Cons

During the interview process, DMI misdirected me by raising my expectations about salary ranges. I start with base salary with the expectation of salary rise in 6 months or at least one year. Although I worked in DMI for two years I only got %3.5 salary rise. They also misdirect me by saying that I can get promotion in a short time but I didn't get anything. I feel like management doesn't care about their employees at DMI International.
