Pros

Over the past nine years, we’ve experienced steady growth, landing some major enterprise clients in the last few years. This has increased our relevance in the enterprise space and proven our capability to support large organizations on a global scale. Our product is highly differentiated, with measurable metrics—validated by third-party sources like dnsperf.com, which ranks us as the fastest. We have an exceptionally strong executive leadership team with a proven track record of success. Our mission is simple and clear: "We’re making the internet safer." A standout feature is that we automatically block CSAM content at the DNS layer for all 35,000+ of our customers.

Cons

There were some challenges with the previous marketing and product teams, but with new leadership in place this year, we're making significant progress.

Pros

You get a paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

I cannot stress how scarily toxic, nepo and mismanaged this place is. HR are not your friend. No incentive to give feeeback because it will be used against you.

Great place to work

Pros

The biggest pro is the awesome people I've gotten to work with. I can't say enough good things about my team here. Also, I have gotten many opportunities to grow in my career that I haven't had at previous companies. I have so much autonomy within my role and am never being micromanaged. There are rotating flexible Fridays, so you get a day off every other week.

Cons

There's been some turnover on the leadership team and some typical startup challenges. I would say this is not the place for you if you don't like change, navigating through ambiguity, or trying/failing/trying again quickly.
