Pros

Wonderful place to work. Flexible schedule with many days working from my home office. Challenging and fast-paced, but very rewarding. Great opportunities to earn additional compensation ($$$) with being efficient and billing extra work during my normal 40 hour week.

Cons

Some travel required, but very manageable and easy to balance work/family life.
