Pros

Amazing leadership, great pay, excellent work life balance, flexible schedule. I can’t imagine a better place to work.

Cons

Not a con really, but the company is constantly trying to improve, so changes happen often. Not always for the better, but since they change quick, if something turns out to not be working they’ll quickly reverse the decision.
