2yThank you for your review. As you know, I took over as CEO last year and am just now delving into Glassdoor comments, so I apologize for the delay in response. Sometimes we do have project deadlines that drive our work schedule, as you say, “it’s consulting…” However, our project managers work very hard to plan our projects and balance staffing to minimize those crunch time hours. We care about your life outside of DOWL and hope that you work with your supervisor to make sure you’re able to have a healthy balance where you are also able to find times to unplug.
