Good job for if you can handle the egos

Pros

Salary is above average and they want you to use your expense account. The customer base is loyal. They are locked in on a few government contracts for over a year.

Cons

Interoffice politics are more important then results. The leadership is over confident in their abilities to the point that they leave much to be desired. They will charge a mark up on damaged rentals and this will make for difficult customer relations.

Pros

They pay well, great benefits, they believe in good equipment and really try to hire the right people. Very competitive people, highly motivated work place. Growing successful company. They do take care of you as an employee if you make their team.

Cons

Sometimes it can be high energy because of the passion that everyone has. Some people do not fit into that mold.n The company works well together but if you do not have what it takes you get mowed over. I worked there for 8 years, most people that stay are there for a long time, if you do not fit in you usually do not last very long.

Pros

Very fun place to work. I love my job and co-workers. I read what other people wrote and thought "What are you talking about?" Perhaps they do not like the high paced energy and I agree that it is not for everyone but most of the people here have been here for a long time, and the people that do not make here, really do not have the skills to do the job in the first place.

Cons

During the recession they took the coffee maker out. I wish they would put it back in the break room, the new one sort of sucks.
