The Top Management's Attitude Was Inappropriate

Pros

In the few short months, I was here, I didn't have a single happy day at work. There were multiple sad days, though.

Cons

The upper management was not good. They had an inappropriate attitude toward office politics. Rather than discouraging it, they encouraged it. These arrogant and evil people also followed a few unethical business practices to earn more money and cheat the customers. It was ridiculous. I felt awful knowing that the management doesn't care about anyone, the employees or the customers. It was terrible. BEWARE!

Pros

Worked here for 4 years before I had to move states due to personal reasons. This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for... and probably the only company that actually cares about it's employees. Compensation - They take care of their employees, even the entry level roles are well compensated. Work Environment - They are very careful about the type of people they hire because this company runs on teamwork. I enjoyed working with every person here. ESOP Shares & 401K Match - Now that they are employee owned, you get shares in the company at the end of every year. You're basically getting two retirement savings accounts.

Cons

They don't micromanage you so you need to take initiative and put in the work. This can be a fast paced job, and you have to care about what you're doing. You won't always get a pat on the back, or a "good job". They prefer to show their gratitude through your raises.
