You are treated poorly on a regular basis. Each positive interaction you have is because someone needs something from you. No room for advancement. You will be forced to get your CDL or risk hitting the “pay cap”. You will live in fear that you will be fired because you didn’t pull the weeds when you walked in or swept the rocks out of the parking lot.
