Pros

These guys are great to work for. You are not a number and your role is valued no matter where you fall in the company. Everyone works well together and the expectations are clear. Benefits and Pay are above industry average for sure.

Cons

Sometimes things can seem a little set in the ways but so long as you don't try to reinvent the wheel, it shouldn't matter.

Pros

Maybe starting salary. But, you can make much more and be happy elsewhere.

Cons

No training for new hires. Managers on staff collecting a salary to go fishing and hunting. These same managers hire there own family and pay them a salary to work part time. These part time employees are responsible for your training and development.
