      Pros

      Maybe starting salary. But, you can make much more and be happy elsewhere.

      Cons

      No training for new hires. Managers on staff collecting a salary to go fishing and hunting. These same managers hire there own family and pay them a salary to work part time. These part time employees are responsible for your training and development.

      Pros

      There are many traits I've been asked to temper in past jobs, like taking too much iniative or not pushing back on something I don't agree with. The philosophy here is take the action, balanced with good common sense and stand strong if you've got the facts to back it up. That may not work for some, but it sure does for me.

      Cons

      The above pros make for some strong personalities, which can be much sometimes, but given the alternatives, prefer these cons to any other.
