Horrible at organizing and planning. Expect new hires to be highly proficient within days of starting and no patience for during training

This family friendly company has gotten a bad rap in other reviews. The boss is direct, which can offend a fragile ego, but if you're comfortable in your own skin, he's a great guy to work for - and the rest of the group are awesome as well.

Cons

No cons......seriously. Everyone works hard, but there's respect for life/work balance.
