Pros

The company offers a competitive and attractive salary package.

Cons

The workplace has a lot of office politics and people often blame each other, making it uncomfortable for everyone. Some EM's like to point fingers instead of finding solutions, which makes it hard for the team to work well together. Because of all this arguing and blame, the reporters who work hard end up facing extra difficulties that they shouldn't have to deal with. A few of the EM's in the development team aren't very helpful, and they don't work well with the rest of the team. Sometimes, these EM's in the development team fight like dogs in front of everyone and play blame game, which makes the team feel even less united.

DP world- world full of politics

Pros

Office is on the higher floor, so you can jump off and get rid of them easily

Cons

Pathetic culture. Dev team leaders are full of politics . They cam from a ,company and formed a group here. And any one who does great work is thrown into blame games and finally thrown out of the company. And it impacts majorly the QA team. Also, there is no work life balance. You have to forget your family and friends

Pros

1. On time salary 2. New hired ICs are good and talented but since they are also demoralised due to SDMs so they also have lost hope to make the change. 3. Will get the opportunity to work with 3rd grade people of this earth so you will learn patience and realise my previous company was far better and I shouldn't have taken this step.

Cons

1. immature SDMs 2. Poor Work Culture 3. Poor World Life Balance 4. Shop of Harassment 5. Managers keep on harassing employees 6. Too much Politics 7. No people empathy 8. They claim there is no firing policy but all policies exists as 2 people from Bengaluru office are fired 9. They promote Toxic culture on the name of working style and encourage people to work on weekends 10. Your opinions and suggestions doesn't matter for Higher management as favouritism and politics is too high 11. SDMs treat people as daily wage worker
