Toxic Work culture

Pros

Compensation is good as compared to others. Benefits are good.

Cons

Lot of people got laid off after probation. ( managers have very high expectations ) Toxic work culture. No work life balance. No professionalism. Aggressive startup culture. No Architects / Senior Developers to guide in the right direction. Everything you need to learn and contribute. No one helps you here. Limited work from home and Management wants to do lot of monitoring. ( Even for Work from home, you need to apply leaves and Work from home leave count is 15 leaves. ) ( You're supposed to work 3 days from the office. )
