Exciting and dynamic industry with continued evolution. Corporate headquarters constant injection of funds and drive for future edge, make this an exciting company to work for.

Cons

Deep seeded 'jobs for the boys' attitude from management - got to be one of the boys to fit in and receive promotions. The wharfie mentality is still very much alive and kicking at the MelbourneTerminal, full of over-bearing ego's and lack of focused direction from management.
