No work life balance Weekend work common No proper training provided for specific role when someone is hired. You need to figure out a lot of stuff on your own as everyone is busy.

Loved this company, you feel like your part of a family, they really appreciate you contribution to the team.

Cons

It’s not really a con, but job sites eventually end, and need to be ready to start at new job side which may be a bit of a drive for last job site, but its just part of the industry
