Pros

Allows employees to take on new approaches to problem solving, yet has resources available to rely on if you're tackling something new. A great company if you're an ambitious person who likes to try to solve things on your own. Has great benefits, executive leadership is extremely approachable, encourages enjoyment, fun both on and off the job. Listens to each persons wishes on how they want their career to proceed.

Cons

Some of the self-perform divisions run a little slower than others. When coordinating or scheduling projects with some SPW divisions, it can require a constant hand to guide them through the process, depending on how busy they are.

Pros

Innovative, passionate and challenging. Lots of opportunities to work on high profile projects with some of the best talent in the industry.

Cons

They will work you to death. As long as you can keep your head above water they will continue to pile on the work load till you drown. Entry salaries are great compared to other lines of work, but stark differences between managers(supers and project execs) compensation and the average joes compensation. Layoffs are also typically right before Christmas...
