      Pros

      Free food every once in a while.

      Cons

      Minimum wage. Bonuses only if you work 50+ hours per week (and if the CEO likes you). People are free to be racist without consequences because the CEO likes them and because there's no real HR department anyways. Also, be prepared for the monthly brain washing, aka luncheon.

      Pros

      Lots of in-house training opportunities. Basically, Ted Talks + 3 or 4 Sales books go on a PPT. Nice people all just trying to work and maybe get a bonus.

      Cons

      Can not take a day off without the president of the company coming to visit you. 'Some people have been abusing our insurance policy" - Said the president. Lots of Overtime and pressure to work Overtime. No stated Bonus formuler Non-commission sales positions
