Cons
Like most jobs in Vermont, the pay and time off could be better, but the intangibles make it an excellent choice comparatively.
The culture here is friendly, laid-back and supportive. In this home-grown Vermont community company everyone knows one another by first name. The CEO and executive staff are very accessible and welcome employee feedback and communication from all levels. Managers understand employees value personal growth, they provide consistent feedback and opportunities for training and advancement. This company has great benefits and really understand worklife balance. It really is a great place to work!
