      Pros

      You will work with great people and the building has great amenities. Pay is relatively competitive, with lots of options for bonuses and commissions.

      Cons

      The company does not do well with employee retention, they do not put in any effort to keep you if you get another offer, with how much they put into training new people, it seems to me the would at least give a counter offer...

      Expect you to work hard with less resources and less time. Don't give enough opportunities to do excellent work.

      Pros

      Incredibly supportive environment. I get to work remotely indefinitely. We get huge monthly bonuses just for doing a good job, everyone is really kind and friendly, and CS reps get to make a commission. We are trained well and paid for that training, receive holiday pay, and they love to promote from within. I have no complaints. Cushiest job ever.

      Cons

      Lots of angry and impatient customers, especially during the busy season. It may not be for the faint of heart. I definitely struggle some days to maintain my composure, but having such supportive leads and coworkers along with the pay and incentives more than makes up for it.
