      Toxic environment, unrealistic expectations, bad communications, no base salary. Not a place for an experienced new homes sales person.

      They build a nice house

      Cons

      Lies about the ability to earn income, managers are incompetent and deceiving. Turnover is rampant. They will try to prevent you from being paid the money you earn

      All in all this place is pretty good. The systems are well maintained. The training is well established. The organization is functional. Promotions happen.

      Cons

      Experienced instances of unprofessional conduct and favoritism. Likely depends on where you work. Not sure if the organization condoned those practices or were unaware.
