      Decent benefits, bad culture

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, such as 401K, profit sharing, healthcare.

      Cons

      The culture, inside and outside of the offices, can be toxic. Annual raises are way below average, not even enough to cover changing cost of living.

      None that I can recall.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Management is inexperienced and unqualified. You have to babysit and remind the DP to read emails. Purchasing might as well be running the show. The less you know about the business the better you are treated.
