I've worked with many companies that are so risk averse, change never happens. DRB/Suds asked for ideas, evaluated the ideas, and allows for ideas to be implemented. Naturally, not all of them work. Failing does not kick you out of the room. We learn, and keep searching for the solution.

Cons

People are spread out, and more time across entities would be excellent.
