DRB is exactly the company I was looking for. The leadership and the people I work with throughout the company are committed to our customers, to each other and to having fun in the process. DRB has a "Humble, Hungry, and Smart" theme for its employees and those characteristics are not just words, but they succinctly describe DRB employees. After having worked for other highly reputable employers, I can say with confidence that DRB is an excellent company; I can envision myself retiring from DRB

Over the last 12-18 months, DRB has addressed its cons. DRB has been a strong and successful company since its inception in the 1980's. DRB had to make some strategic acquisitions and material investments in its business to position itself for 2020 and beyond. Over the last couple of years DRB has invested in its personnel, its customer knowledge support centers, its software, its hardware, its managed services, and it has architected an entirely new data/consumer intelligence and marketing organization with Suds Creative. These investments are ongoing, and they have positioned DRB very well for both current and long term success.
