DRB is a breath of fresh air from other typical companies. They truly embrace the geek culture and the fighting nerd mascot really shows that. It is a fun place to work. From video games to nerf guns, we work hard and play harder. The company is very forward thinking and believes in caring for their people. Work/life balance isn’t just a word here. It is part of the culture.

DRB is wonderful company to work for. One of the most important things for my family and myself is to have a work/life balance in my career, and they actually encourage just that! Everyone walks around smiling and really enjoys coming to work. Upper management is like no other. I have never worked for a company where upper management was so engaging with everyone.

Cons

Could use some more parking.
