This is such a great company to work for. The people here genuinely care about one another and are always willing to lend a helping hand. Perks seem to be endless and then there's the food.....oh the food.

Decent Pay. Acceptable benefits. (401k, Health care, Bonuses, lots of little "extras" throughout the year) Generally pleasant work environment.

Cons

Little to no upward mobility Occasionally decisions are made to benefit customers in the short term at the expense of their long term happiness.

Pros

Fantastic and fast paced environment with upper management that truly cares about the employees and doing right by everyone. Rapid growth and expansion coupled with good, experienced senior leadership driving forward like never before!

Cons

Historically some areas have been slow to move up but that has definitely started changing with growth and the change in leadership.
