Decent Pay. Acceptable benefits. (401k, Health care, Bonuses, lots of little "extras" throughout the year) Generally pleasant work environment.

Cons

Little to no upward mobility Occasionally decisions are made to benefit customers in the short term at the expense of their long term happiness.

Great company at all levels. The people are great. Its like joining a big family as everyone is supportive and collaborative. It is a lot of fun to work here. The culture is great - family oriented, flexible, fun with great building and amentities. Commons area is awesome - get to play video games on breaks and at lunch. CEO and the senior managment team actually care
