Good place to start, you just can't finish

Pros

Hours are flexible, support department tries to make things better for their employees.

Cons

Management does not having a technical background. Most of them come from sales (Department Stores) so while they are heavy on customer experience, providing technicians with technical responses is a weakness. While working in support if you are not there for more than 3 or 4 years you don't really have a voice inside the company let alone the department, but once you are there for a while you get to know people better.

Free food scraps from executive meeting catering. Education and Fitness reimbursement. Tons of Vacation time. Room for advancement. Great people.

Cons

75 layoffs in less than a year. The Knowledge Center is in a constant state of unrest as management favors quantity over quality.
