Pros

Cool location in the village Younger coworkers and work culture

Cons

- President of this company once threatened to fire people on the spot for discussing wages during a company-wide meeting. - Major wage discrepancies, especially among women. - Workers are getting vastly underpaid, anywhere from 10-20k less than what's expected for living and working in one of the fastest growing metro-areas in America. Middle management often claims their hands are tied, but very little has been since the company was called Suds Creative. - Nearly every employee (besides upper management) was working overtime when I was here. Every day. They still do. - Toxic work culture. Clients were exceptionally rude to account coordinators and account managers. Often being overworked, exhausted and taking on everything ahead was praised. (It was also very much a "good old boy's club.") - Rather than focusing on implementing processes, upper management focused on using entrepreneurial buzzwords and phrases to energize people (Think "synergy" or "create what's next" etc.) and throwing pizza parties. - Very little mentorship or training. Many workers either didn't get trained on digital marketing, or had to teach themselves. Many of upper management didn't fully understand digital marketing, yet proposed this as a major service for their clients. - Upper management often made promises they couldn't keep to larger clients, and didn't communicate those expectations or plans to the team. As a result, they lost several large clients in a matter of months.

Pros

very kind and understanding management, as long as you keep up communication on your end. excellent and I do mean excellent people in every department, up and down the ladder

Cons

- pay is bad if you have any responsibilities other than rent - benefits are bad - you need people in other departments to get your job done, so there's a ton of lost time when orders aren't ready to go because nobody told the people who had to work on a specific project for you that the project even existed. So basically communication issues. - warehouse is responsible for a bulk of the labor, but receives less than desirable appreciation compared to people organizing projects.
