Pros

There are many pros of working for DREAM Charter school and some that matter the most to me are: Family Oriented Environment The abundance of Versatility and challenging but worthy tasks The Recognition and Appreciation received for a job well done And the positive interactions with students and families This organization is focused on enriching the potential of the youth and they are succeeding in not only that but on adults as well.

Cons

There not much i can say that DREAM would need to work on more but I would have enjoyed more time discussing tasks for the week and less late notice ones.
